This is A vamp lady I drew a while back, She kinda reminds me of jean grey but I think its just the hair and the green clothes... :)

I have to say this is definitly one of my favorite Harley Quinn pictures! I dont know who the artist is but whoever they are they did a great job, theres a real kind of innocence to this pic I really like it! :)
